• Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served bases.
• All Booking Forms must be accompanied by a proof of payment.
• A Sales Order will be issued upon receipt of payment.
• All payments and forms must be received at least 1 week in advance of course commencement.
• Training courses can be postponed to a later date due to insufficient delegates, however you will be notified at least 3 days before commencement of course.
• Postponements and cancellations must be faxed or emailed to the Training Department at least 5 working days prior to the course commencement date.
